You bet I did! Girl's Camp was awesome. It wasn't so much the activities as it was the girls and other leaders that made it so great. Neola 1st Ward has some wonderful, beautiful, talented, spiritual and very fun girls. We are so blessed. These girls behaved well and we didn't have an ounce of drama between them. It was just FUN.
It's not quite the Girl's Camp I remember since we get to go up to the Heber Valley Camp, but I'm not complaining. Flush toilets, showers, sinks, commercial kitchens, cabins and already established fire pits. Not a whole lot of work involved and that's alright with me. There is also a lake to go canoeing in, a challenge ropes course, established hiking trails and a people hauler to get you to and from.

I was worried about it getting too hot up there. That was a needless worry. It was cold and it actually snowed on Wednesday.
I love snow and thought it was alright until we all had to crowd into one cabin to do stuff....
So, even though it was cold and the wind was icy, it was great to be outside to play volleyball.

Hey- we DID prank the Stake! Then they tried to get our girls back by telling the Stake Presidency to scare them. They told our girls they'd heard about some stuff, that they were a bit disappointed and that they'd have a talk about it a bit later. Then during his talk Pres. LeBaron had our girls stand up, thanked them for the dinner, then repented for being sucked into the Stake's prank, totally turned it around on the Stake and told our girls to "get em' again!". LOL It was great. Our girls were FUN for everyone.
